Watch the Video. It's amazing how much fun kids can have as they become better runners. This program mixes running with strength, core, and balance training that keeps kids entertained. Suitable for getting kids into better shape even if they don't want to compete, or for age-group competitive runners who want to have an extra (and extra fun) conditioning session on the weekend. The group meets for 10 weeks on weekend mornings at 8 a.m. in the parks and trailheads along Southern California's Highway 101 between Woodland Hills and Agoura Hills.
